Seattle Seahawks 2010 NFL Mock Drafts & Team Needs

After dominating the NFC West from 2003-2007, Seattle has limped to a 9-23 record over the last two seasons. Pete Carroll has returned to the NFL as the new head coach of the Seahawks after turning around a USC program that had been dead for about 20 years. Pete Carroll may be in a good position here with a young team on the cusp of making a playoff move, but he needs a QB to make that happen. The Seahawks have 2 picks over the first 40 selections in the 2010 NFL Draft. It is widely assumed that they will draft a QB and offensive lineman with those picks.

Kansas City Chiefs 2010 NFL Mock Drafts & Team Needs

The KC Chiefs are set to have a top five draft choice for the third straight season. With a such a dedicated fan base, the Chiefs needs to make big strides in 2010. In the 2008 and 2009 NFL Draft, Kansas City has chose two LSU defensive linemen: Glenn Dorsey and Tyson Jackson. Looking at the 2010 NFL Draft, the Chiefs needs looked to be focused on their offense with gaping wholes in their offensive line and wide receiver positions.

The Chiefs will have three of the top 50 choices in the 2010 NFL Draft including the fifth overall pick in the first round. Kansas City has Atlanta’s 2nd round picks as a result t of the Tony Gonzalez trade. Through other deals, the Chiefs have three picks in the fifth round but no choices in the final two rounds of the 2010 draft.

Washington Redskins 2010 NFL Mock Drafts & Team Needs

Jim Zorn fumbled to a 6-18 mark in his final 24 games in Washington and was replaced by former Broncos head coach Mike Shanahan. With the fourth overall pick in the draft, the Redskins should be able to find some immediate help for an offense that ranked 22nd in the NFL last season. The Redskins will not have any selections in the third and sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft, so they need to make the most of their 5 selections in order to improve quickly in 2010.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2010 NFL Mock Drafts & Team Needs

Coming off a 3-13 campaign would normally leave most fans feeling pretty bad about their teams chances the following season. With head coach Raheem Morris and budding QB Josh Freeman helping to build momentum, TB Bucs fans are beginning to feel that a playoff birth may not be that far off.


With 3 draft picks within the first 1.5 rounds of the 2010 NFL Draft, Tampa Bay has a great opportunity to fill a big voids with in the first two rounds of the draft. In addition to regular selections at picks #3 and #35, the Buccaneers will also have the 42nd overall choice (from Chicago) in the second round. Tampa Bay will choose 22nd in the fifth round instead of third while getting an additional pick at choice number 10 (from Jacksonville) in the seventh round.

It looks to be about a 100% consensus between all 2010 Detroit Lion Mock Drafts that they will draft Ndamukong Suh if the St. Louis Rams pass on the beast from Nebraska. Where things get interesting is if the Rams pass on QB’s Bradford and Clausen and draft Suh. The Lions Mock Drafts look to move in favor of Gerald McCoy (DT) Oklahoma, Joe Haden (CB) Florida and Eric Berry (S) Tennessee.

St. Louis Rams 2010 NFL Draft Pick Needs & Mock Drafts

The St. Louis Rams are officially on the clock for the first pick in the 2010 NFL Draft. The Rams and their dedicated fans endured a horrid 1-15 2009 regular season and can only hop that their team will be on the upswing in 2010.


Many St. Louis Rams fans feel they need to draft Jimmy Clausen or Sam Bradford with their #1 pick in order to officially begin the rebuilding process in St. Louis. I could not disagree more!!! Sometimes the best offense is a good defense my friends….draft the beat from Nebraska, Ndamukong Suh and sure up the defensive line.


Other rumors are also swirling around that Michael Vick will be traded to the Rams during the 2010 NFL Draft. Whether you like Vick or not, you have to admit that if the Rams pick up Vick and draft Ndamukong Suh, they are a dramatically improved football team.
